Nominations for AEA 2023 will open on the 27th of June 2023, and end on the 20th of October 2023. The AEA ceremony will take place on the 10th of November 2023 in Cairo, Egypt.
Eligibility Criteria
* Nomination is open to all export companies in Africa.
* The companies should have been in operation for a minimum of 24 months.
Application Process
* All applications received will be examined in a multi-stage process and assessed by an independent jury of experts.
* The jury will not only assess the implementation of classic export but also the general expertise of the nominated companies with regard to integration in African value chains; for example by networking with international suppliers or opening a branch in the target market. It will also focus on the choice of foreign markets, and how the companies positioned themselves in the individual countries or regions.
* The independent jury is made up of renowned figures from the worlds of business, academia, and media within Africa.
